Christine is very conscientious and detail-oriented. She works hard to ensure she is providing quality care.
Christine joined our team at Lasting Hope in February of 2021 right out of nursing school. Since that time, she has worked hard to grow and develop her skills as a Mental Health Nurse. She is always concerned with “learning how to do things right.” In this short amount of time, she has grown into a leader on her unit. She is supportive when new travel nurses arrive and need help navigating our hospital. She is flexible and always open to orienting new nurses. She is calm, patient, thorough, and kind – she makes a good mentor for new staff, which makes her a valuable team member.

Christine is very conscientious and detail-oriented. She works hard to ensure she is providing quality care. Whenever issues arise with any of her patients she makes sure she researches all of the details, contacts our physicians as needed, and requests support from our supervisor team in order to make sure her patients are receiving the best care possible.

Christine’s patients enjoy her and we regularly receive compliments from them when completing patient rounding. Her coworkers appreciate her willingness to help and support them. Her positive attitude and her work ethic set a wonderful example for those around her.

Christine, it’s amazing to think about the impact you have had this early in your nursing career and exciting to think of how your career might evolve and all the lives you’ll hopefully have the opportunity to impact. You continue to demonstrate the core values of Lasting Hope – reverence, integrity, compassion, and excellence. Thank you for the way you care for our patients. Your hard work continues to have a positive impact on our patients, our future nurses, and your coworkers.
