Teng is a skilled, caring, compassionate, servant leader. He demonstrates compassion not only for his patients but for his peers. He comes in on his days off to help out the emergency department during staff shortages. Teng has been able to build trusting and respectful relationships with his peers and interdepartmental colleagues that have afforded the units to function at a more stable staffing level. By advocating for staffing, he advocates for the safe, quality care of the patients at Taylor.
