The patient's family member noticed Ginger's caring, noting that she was very patient in understanding the patient's requests and questions. Ginger's behavior also stood out to one of her co-workers, who commented that Ginger is always going above and beyond while doing her job. They said she always shows up to each task with a full heart and is ready to care. They said Ginger makes the facility a better place to work.
