Quang is intentional about making each staff member on the floor feel supported and included. Last year, as a new graduate nurse, my experience on orientation was undoubtedly impacted by Quang’s genuine kindness. Little things such as making sure I didn’t get lost in the parking garage and making sure I was doing okay during my first float assignment are just a few examples of how Quang goes the extra mile to support his colleagues. Quang’s compassion for everyone he meets has inspired me to pay it forward, and to one day be a role model to future orientees, just as Quang was for me. I will never forget the kindness Quang showed me as a new nurse, and know definitely that his guidance and support have made me into the professional I am today.
