Hannah is a great nurse, and the VA should be proud to have her on its staff. You can always count on her to help you with anything. She isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and help with patient care. She follows through. You can always go to her with a problem or question and always tries to help. The weekend before Christmas we were short-staffed, and Hannah did not hesitate on bringing out her computer to the dayroom and worked with us.

We never ask but she always knows when we are needing help. She never hesitates when asked to look at a problem. One night, I was worried about the health of a Veteran. She was on the phone before I knew it until she got someone to come assist the Veteran. That Veteran was sent out for the help that was needed. I thank God I get to work with such an amazing nurse. She is outstanding and needs recognized for all the hard work she does and praise for her ability to keep the unit happy and healthy.
