Nicole is what every nurse should be - understanding, patient, and kind to the family.
Nicole was so patient and understanding with my husband who had quadruple bypass surgery. She explained things to him and was compassionate when he had moments of despair and embarrassment. She patiently explained things to me in a manner I could understand. Her patient care was amazing. Nicole is what every nurse should be - understanding, patient, and kind to the family. Many times the family is ignored but she always greeted us, and kept us up to date. She is just wonderful - hold onto this nurse! She is the best!
