Rebecca is such a wonderful nurse who always finds a way to add a special touch to her patient’s care. In one particular example, a patient had an extremely rocky stay with a lot of unforeseen complications. Because of all of this, the patient was very down in the dumps. Rebecca was able to figure out a way to make the patient feel better by actually washing the patient’s hair. After figuring out how to make the spa day happen Rebecca was able to take time out of her busy schedule to wash the patient’s hair and give her a facial. This helped to lift the patient’s spirits. Rebecca went above and beyond to help meet her patient’s needs.
