I brought my dad into the ER for his high blood pressure. He hadn’t been to see a doctor in ages and it took a long time to get him to even consider coming to the hospital. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be with him for the first half of his stay in the ER and I'm sure he was lost during this time.

Luckily, Kasey was looking after him. He was comfortable and friendly with her and if you knew my dad, you'd know that that is not his default setting. Honestly, he's grumpy and off-putting. Kasey was so nice to him and he really enjoyed her company. Once my mom and I were allowed in the room, she went out of her way to make sure we were warm and comfortable during our stay as well. Her bedside manner was fantastic. I was surprised she was able to interact with my dad as well as she did. Not too many people take the time to do so, myself being one of them. Jokes aside, she's great at what she does and we all really appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. It made those long hours that much easier.
