Athziri did a phenomenal job taking care of my mother! Anytime any of the monitors would alarm for my mother's vitals being out of tolerance, she would pop up within seconds to address the issue. It felt like my mom was her only patient. Over the course of several days, she answered every single one of the 10,000 questions I had with a proficiency that instilled a deep trust in me for your facility. She is astonishingly knowledgeable and answered every question without such a hint of annoyance in her voice. To be honest, I would have been annoyed with me a looong time earlier. Her people skills are exceptional.

I have worked in leadership roles for over a decade and have seen many personalities in that time. I can tell you that this individual will be one of your standouts and that your leadership team would be remiss not to pay close attention to her. I am jealous and wish that I could steal her away to be part of my own team.

On the day when I realized that I would be losing my mother, Athziri was able to pick up on it. She must have seen it in my eyes, and recognized a change in my voice or something because the compassion in her voice increased significantly. She stayed with me longer that day and came in more often. There are a great many people who cannot pick up on subtle social cues like that, but she was able to. Conversing with her was of great comfort to me. I will remember that day for the rest of my life. I will remember how caring she was and how well she handled the situation.
