Nurse Andi will be my dad's forever friend. Andi cared for my dad twice during his stay at Kaweah. She was so attentive and gentle to my dad. Her bedside manner was so encouraging and calming to me as the daughter of the patient. My dad was at Kaweah for almost a week. He slept most of the time. When my dad started to communicate with people, he saw Andi's smiling eyes above the face mask and heard her soft voice. He started to talk to her. It was such a beautiful sight.

Before we left the hospital, my dad kept saying, "Nurse Andi, thank you." It really touched my heart because I could see the invisible bond between a 95-year-old patient and Andi. Again, Andi will be my dad's forever friend. As a family member, Andi's superb care was the driving force for my dad's recovery. Andi is the best of the best among nurses!
