I can’t be thankful enough to the nurse, she was caring and supportive without me asking her and helped me feel better on many bad and stressful occasions.
Let me tell you my story, which started 6 months ago. I am 41 years old and got pregnant and was considered a high-risk pregnancy due to my age and clotting history. Unfortunately, also, ultrasound showed that my baby might have a diaphragmatic hernia, since that time the nurse was so curious to help, that matter, she followed up with my case to book the soonest Fetal MRI appointment (literary she was calling me every day to follow up on that matter) as I was crying day and night to lose my baby or that it might have a morbid effect.

After getting the appointment, I was worried to know about my baby's situation, again she put pressure on the MRI unit physician to write a full detailed report as soon as possible and organized a meeting with the pediatric consultant with us to discuss my baby's issues. Not only this, but she took the time since knowing that my baby will be admitted to ICU after being born to explain in detail the importance of breastfeeding and how I can express my milk and gave me the colostrum feeding kit, although I will be shown how to do it after delivery, she insisted to encourage me and cheering me up by talking about my coming baby.

After delivery, she visited me in the room to make sure my daughter was fine and helped to get my baby stickers printed as we were waiting for those stickers for 24 h for the baby's ultrasound diagnosis in the NICU. Adding to this, on the day of leaving the hospital after delivery, she was so helpful in resending the email communication about my governmental insurance approvals to Sidra Finance although she was about to leave her duty. I can’t be thankful enough to the nurse, she was caring and supportive without me asking her and helped me feel better on many bad and stressful occasions.
