My mom has had Ashley for a couple of days and she has been so wonderful, personal, loving, and caring. After the doctors came in to tell my mom about how her prep and surgery would go, Ashley came in and my step-dad was crying after hearing the seriousness of my mom’s surgery. Ashley put her arm around him and told him, assured him that mom was in such great hands with the doctor, and his A-team of doctors and staff. Ashley told him that she has seen them multiple times putting their heads together in the hallway discussing the best options for my mom and her surgery. Ashley is the sweetest and most caring. Runs in as fast as she can when mom calls in need of something. While Ashley was in giving meds my sister and I was telling Mom that maybe we would fix her hair up for her, Mom then said that she wishes she could wash it but not have it get wet because she was feeling cold at the time. So a few minutes later Ashley came in and surprised her with one of those hair caps to put on mom. That was one of the most thoughtful things at that time for mom – she loved it and it pepped her up so much having her hair look nice. Ashley feels like family and is so comfortable and easy to talk to. We just love her!
