A letter of gratitude from a patient's daughter said, "I would like to thank Ms. Manlika from the bottom of my heart for her professionalism, gentleness, and generosity delivered to my mother. I have noticed that Manlika also offered help to other patients tirelessly. I have taken my mother to many hospitals and found that the ICU at Bangkok International Hospital is the best. I am impressed with the friendliness, kindness, and willingness to serve patients professionally from the professional team."
There is another message from Manlika's direct supervisor, "During the coronavirus pandemic, Manlika is so dedicated that she volunteered to join the pioneering COVID care team to care for patients infected with COVID-19 in the cohort ICU. She did her best to develop specific knowledge and skills to provide the best care for those patients. Many patients who have recovered from COVID often return to thank her in person."
