Cindy joined the Village following a significant neurological medical condition having left a competitor. It was a long journey back to nursing for Cindy but she joined the Northwood team and worked extremely hard to regain her skills and confidence. On that journey, she always spent time making sure the patients are well cared for. She never put her own health challenge that she overcome over the challenges that faced her patients.

As the staffing situation at Northwood stabilized and she had gained her proficiency back, Cindy was eager to help at other clinics. Her ability to go in and be a calming influence to both staff and patients again showed how she would prioritize how her patients felt over how she personally felt. She is a RN that our TMs are excited to work with and she can be a deciding factor between a PCT picking up a shift or not because of the quality of care she provides.

Cindy is a fantastic example of perseverance, putting patients first, and maintaining a calm demeanor through difficult times. Her willingness to grow, spend time doing the right things, and spread that good feeling to her team has made such a difference in our Region.
