Aneta has been very caring and attentive to my needs. She always answers questions with compassion and cares about how I am feeling. She is personable and kind. When extra IV fluids were needed one day, she went out of her way to make sure that she could accommodate that need between other appointments. She has made me feel like I am not just another patient. She always has a smile and greets me like a family member. She welcomes my family and friends who join me for appointments and treats them the same. She is exceptionally organized and has never left me waiting for treatment. She utilizes what she has available to make me comfortable. I have also noticed the respect other professionals have for her and her willingness to help them out. She always makes me feel like a person and not a patient. Each time she is with me the focus is not on the treatment provided (which is always exceptional), but on how I am doing and what else I might need for that treatment session or for help at home following treatment. She never complains about her job or needing to cover other locations. She just makes it all work and at the same time continues to make her patients feel comfortable and important.
