Cassie is a phenomenal nurse. The genuine and exceptional care she has shown these last few weeks has really impressed us. I worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, so customer service is something I naturally observe; and when an individual provides extraordinary service, I make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.

My aunt has been in ICU for over a month and the care she has received from Cassie has been nothing short of exceptional. My aunt was diagnosed with Hydrocephalus in 2012 and has had health problems since then. Due to that, she has been in and out of the hospital. She’s been to several facilities. She has been in many nurses’ care and most were great nurses. However, the care she has received from Cassie has been outstanding.

She shows and expresses genuine concern and empathy for her patients and the patient’s families. Whenever there was something that my mother and I needed clarification on, she would make sure it was explained thoroughly and would update us on my aunt’s progress. As she was doing so, she was very patient, as I was also translating for my mother.

She is fully engaged and makes a personal connection. We truly appreciate Cassie. The care that she provided for my aunt while in ICU is something my family and I will never forget. This hospital is lucky to have her. Thank you, Cassie!
