Nicole is probably the most compassionate nurse I have had over the years… One will never know what she may be facing that day because she always comes from a place of compassion. I have seen how she interreacts with others and her compassion is consistent. She remembers each patient and puts them first, she pays attention to the details and has been consistent throughout the years I have been coming to the VA. At times when the doctor may be behind schedule, Nicole’s approach has always been pleasant and caring making the wait easier. Nicole's compassion, consistency, and dedication to me and other veterans have definitely improved the overall VA Experience. If only we can have more Nicoles in the world !!!!
