My grandpa had gotten sick in the days prior to Christmas Day. On the day of Christmas, my grandpa was taken to the hospital to seek medical help. Being this time of year, we knew it would take a lot of patience to get him looked that, but as soon as he was taken in we were happy to be welcomed with great hospitality by nurse Anna. Her attention to detail to how my grandpa was treated and see if he was doing good every once in a while, allowed my grandpa to finally have adequate time to rest while he was attended to. These small things made me feel comfortable as well and allowed me to simply sit back and keep my Grandpa company knowing he was in great hands. I’ve always been there for my grandpa whenever he needs medical help due to the language barrier there is and after many visits to medical centers, I'm glad there are people like this nurse. Who not only do their job but strive to go above and beyond for patients like my grandpa. I’m also able to say whoever else gets attended by her will be in good hands and I can assure this by the way she had helped us. I will always remember this experience all thanks to nurse Anna.

I was in a bad car accident and came into the ER hurting. I was seen right away and taken back to a room. The doctor came in almost immediately and assessed my injuries and provided necessary care and images. Anna’s bedside manner and attention to detail were excellent and made my experience as good as it could have been, given the situation.
