Amanda treated my dad like family. She made sure my dad was well cared for and even asked my family how she could make us comfortable as well!! My dad is a typical stoic Asian man so it can be hard for him to tell others what he needs, especially when he’s in pain. But Amanda’s warmth and kind energy, made my dad comfortable enough to ask for help and ask questions about his care (he usually makes us ask the questions because he’s not confident about his English either).
