Cathy is one of the healthcare professionals that has a compassionate attitude toward patients. Today after my procedure, I decided to go to the cafeteria to buy lunch without knowing that Discover Card is not accepted. So, to pay for my food I was short two dollars cash. Cathy was eating her lunch and came to the register and offered to pay for my lunch. As a healthcare professional myself I know that it only takes a little to make a big difference and impact the patient experience in a positive way. It was my first time as a patient at Vista Hospital and I was very impressed by the caring attitude of all of the employees. Thank you very much, Cathy! All patients need healthcare workers like you!
