I have had the pleasure to work with Meg for the last 8 years. Her clinical knowledge and her kindness are like no other. She has silent confidence about her. This has gained a tremendous amount of respect from her team, patients, and physicians. While I am not in the facility, Meg is the go-to person. She has allowed me the capacity to help the region and keep things clinically and team connection going during that time. She lives the Davita Way day in and day out. She shows up to work every day with a smile on her face and kind words. She will take on any task without a complaint and then ask what more can she do. She has always been the first one to step up and help in any situation. Her work is always done and when I say it’s done, it’s done with detail and she always follows up to ensure our patients have what they need. She leads by example and the amount of empathy she shows towards everyone is unmatchable. No job is too big or too small for her. I could honestly go on and on about her but I will finish by saying this: Meg has not just made a positive impact on our patients' lives but also anyone she encounters.
