Michelle is the type of nurse that goes out of her way to GSD. No matter what the need is, Michelle makes a point to think outside the box to make sure the patient, and Team, are cared for. She is the first to volunteer her help to outside clinics when asked - Phoenix PD & Fountain Hill's PD. From surprise drive-byes to retrieving lost cyclers to picking up lunch for her team, I can always count on her to do what's right for her patients and peers.
