He showed strong partnerships with his team and gained full confidence and respect immediately.
Philip came in as a Global contract with us last June. He was a physical Therapist for 3.5 years and transitioned to Nursing after. He serves the dialysis community now for almost 13 years and has performed in many roles. He was a Clinic Resource Nurse/Nurse Educator, Charge Nurse in both Chronic and Acute settings. Additionally, he was a Kidney Transplant Nurse. His expertise level is exceptional. He has been a strong resource in his hospital/clinic for all new teammates and leadership. He serves in the one of largest military hospitals in Riyadh transitioning to a new setting, culture, and diversity, and even learning the Arabic Language.

• When he transition here in the US, I was impressed by his skill set. He showed strong partnerships with his team and gained full confidence and respect immediately. He has the strong ability to problem solve, lead and has strong critical thinking skills.

• As he drives a strong ability to manage this translate to creating a place of teaching, he coaches/mentors Nurses and technicians. He has brought strong processes to improve our clinical outcomes and care provided to our patients and shares best practices.

• He has a very collective and calm demeanor where he can execute interventions during emergencies and challenging patient situations/events.

• He connects with other Global nurses to improve their experience as they transition to a new setting (DaVita) and new culture.

• He values our Mission and Core Values strongly and his behavior has been aligned with our WE CARE Behavior since day 1.
