Angela has been an ANM on L&D for several years, but it feels like she never left the bedside. She is such an amazing support to the staff on L&D. For example, she never hesitates to jump in and help in whatever way she can. She will take a patient assignment, assist with epidurals during fetal decelerations and neonatal resuscitations, skill assistance (IVs, Foleys), and watch patients for lunch relief. She always makes her presence known. She is also very easy to approach, especially for new nurses. We can always go to her with questions. She is also a great resource for our Spanish-speaking patients. She never hesitates to use her skills to translate. As a member of our management team, we feel that good deeds often go unnoticed or unappreciated. We want Angela to know that we see and appreciate all she does for us and think she deserves so much recognition.
