Emily is an awesome educator. She is very easy to talk to and listens to you. She looks at you as an individual when she talks to you. Recently my husband was diagnosed with diabetes. She was timely on getting back to us once the referral was in place to get us in for an appointment. He tends to talk a lot and gets easily sidetracked on the subject he is supposed to be educated on. She was very patient and listened and commented on whatever he was talking about. She was one of the best experiences we have had at LRH. I can't say enough on how comfortable she made us feel despite having to discuss the subject of diabetes which can be very scary. She is for sure a "keeper" and worth every penny she earns. I would adopt her as a daughter if I could.
