This “AMAZING, CARING, COMPASSIONATE, HELPFUL AND DEDICATED” team member always goes above and beyond for her patients. After being hospitalized numerous times, I take a sigh of relief when I know she is my Case Manager. She cares for my needs when I am in the hospital but also gets things done after I have been discharged. “No matter what time of day, a busy morning, time for lunch, past scheduled hours, she always sticks to her words of help, care, compassion, and comfort. No matter what the situation she has always gone way above and beyond to make sure myself as the patient is comfortable with discharge as well as my family”.
