I would like to nominate Harmony from the 4H floor at Blodgett, for exceptional nursing service. I received excellent care from Harmony. While all the care on the floor was good, Harmony went above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that I had exceptionally good care.

One aspect stands out in my mind. On Sunday she sat down in the hospital room with my sister and me, carefully reviewing the discharge instructions. I’ve had several questions and she answered them with patience and clarity. Also, during my hospital stay, I had several family members visiting me and invested in my care. Harmony welcomed them and responded to their questions and concerns they had regarding my condition and care.

It is clear to me that Harmony has an extra measure of compassion and commitment to her patients. This extends to family members as well! Harmony maintains a positive spirit. This supports her patients and helps them maintain a cheerful disposition during their care, as it did for me. I am very grateful for the exceptional care I received at Blodgett and especially to Harmony and her dedicated nursing service.
