Kara is quite literally the backbone of this unit and an integral piece to the machine that is 7400. There is nothing she wouldn’t do to help the team. Kara is a God among men when it comes to IVs and lab draws. She always makes time to get your hard stick and she does it flawlessly.

Kara is an amazing leader! She’s the glue that hold us together on the bad days. She uses her own funds to buy candy for the unit which gives a good physical recharge! Kara is so great at keeping morale up too! She posts a recognition board by using different members of the staff each month to make sure everyone feels recognized and appreciated. She is a great nurse, a great leader, and one of the greatest role models. I can’t imagine working on 7400 without Kara.
