Antonette Blake was nominated by two clients after she was their Home Health nurse following knee replacement surgeries. One spoke about her going above and beyond to help them get situated in their hotel, post-surgery. Antonette is described as a patient teacher who helped the client to better understand what to do and what to expect during their recovery. She was instrumental in setting up the client's medications in such a way that was very easy to remember and manage. Antonette demonstrated expertise and compassion from the first hello to the final goodbye.

The second client spoke of Antonette visiting a few hours after they arrived home. She helped get their rehab room arranged and was very thorough in checking all vitals and providing great instructions. She was very caring and easy to visit with when she called for daily check-ins. Both clients gave high praise for Antonette and the care she provided.
