Kim Pike is a valued member of the Sweetwater Hospital Association for the past 25 years. She has developed a strong bond with patients and their families during that time, so much they know her by name. She stays up to date with resources in her area to help her patients and their families. She takes time to educate them so they can make well-informed decisions on their plan of care. She has been a mentor and a friend to many. She has trained nurses to extend her knowledge and has gone above and beyond by being a leader. Kim has daily huddles in the morning to address any problems, or issues or to inform them of any changes in policies and or procedures. She is a great example of what a nurse should be.
