My husband unexpectantly ends up in ICU after coming in for a heart procedure. I need a wheelchair to even get to him in the hospital. All of that makes us feel very vulnerable. This young man Eric comes in so helpful and attentive to both of us, his kindness put me at ease.

Our children all were grown and live all over the country, none in Florida. Eric helped us so much, I felt like 1 of our sons was with us. I stayed with my husband till 8:00 pm not realizing valet parking had closed. Eric said, "Not to worry, I'll take you myself." Eric wheeled me down to the basement to get my keys, then all the way out to the parking lot to my car as if he didn't have enough to do. I wanted to thank Eric for helping my husband and I through this. Everyone here is paid to do a job. Some people offer you way more than that. Thank you.
