Patricia goes above and beyond to make sure every shift runs smoothly as possible. She is amazing at communicating with the staff in order for us to be productive and proactive in what we’re doing. She provides a comfortable environment that allows me to feel confident and supported. She is always advocating for us and making sure we are treated appropriately. I appreciate Patricia in the fact that she is always willing to answer any questions I have or find a solution for me when I need help. Patricia is a great leader and asset to our surgical team.
