Karen has given 110% to the implementation of WellSky training. She has been providing endless hours of training to RNs and PSNs. She has been knowledgeable and patient during this time of transition. Due to the busy nature of our jobs here at WSH, multiple last-minute changes have been required to training schedules. Karen has been very flexible with these last-minute changes. Her organizational skills in keeping track of who has and has not completed training have been impeccable; she has kept everyone apprised of updated training stats with user-friendly pie charts, etc.

Karen shows poise and confidence in meetings. She is dedicated to the organization and that dedication is evident in her preparation and contribution. I appreciate the insight and knowledge she brings to meetings and projects. She is responsive, supportive, and appreciated. I enjoy working with her.
