Billie was the nurse assigned to my baby during my C-section. My baby was born at 32 weeks due to preeclampsia which was very scary for me and my family. Billie is very personable and was very easy to bond with. She eased a lot of my fears about having a premature baby with her expertise and ability to explain his care in a way I can understand, while also checking in on me and my husband. Billie also happened to be my baby's nurse the day I was discharged. Leaving my baby in the hospital is one of the hardest things I've ever done and knowing that he was in Billie's care made that a bit easier on me. Billie feels like family to me for how well she's taken care of my baby physically and me emotionally. Billie is one of the most amazing nurses I've ever met.
