Kelly is amazing - full stop. Navigating chronic health issues with our son has been an adjustment for all of us, but Kelly arms us with advice and instruction backed by massive amounts of data that she has prepared before our appointments. Nothing gets by her, and I leave the appointments with my son learning something new each time (and we are 4 years in).

While she has deserved our nomination dozens of times prior to today, today's interaction prompted me to find a way for her to be recognized. Over the weekend, my son experienced a medical concern, that seemingly came out of the blue. My son and I spoke about contacting Kelly to let her know (in case she would want to adjust his ratios or settings). But before we had the chance, she called - having noticed it for herself. This is remarkable because we do not have an upcoming appointment - she was simply checking in on him.

I write this to you with a lump in my throat, as his health condition can be very scary, and at the moment, I am not sure I am always addressing it correctly. Having a team like we do with Kelly and my son’s doctor is the reason my son is thriving. Kelly is the best nurse I have ever come across. We are so lucky to have her, and she needs to know just how much we appreciate the way she consistently goes above and beyond for my son’s health. Forever grateful!
