Nikki has gone above and beyond not just for my son who is admitted but for my entire family. I’m going through one of the biggest nightmares and Nikki has made the whole situation less stressful and actually made me feel like my son is safe enough and I can sleep and step away. She has answered all our questions plus more. She has helped us in so many ways that wasn’t even her responsibility but she took it into her own hands because she saw how distraught I was. She’s not just a nurse. She is a listener, she is our advocate, she’s a friend to her patients, and is very reassuring and knowledgeable especially when I have never been through something like this and just so much more!!! This isn’t just her job, you can genuinely tell she loves what she does! She cares! We need more people like Nikki in our healthcare systems
