I only met a few extraordinary nurse leaders in my career and COL Bowser is without a doubt, one of them. Her devotion and compassion to help others is unmatched. She knows how to form teams who collectively work together to get to yes. She is not just a nurse leader; she helps people and other teams within the healthcare system succeed by offering her abundant and generous enthusiasm in making sure everyone succeeds and no team member is left behind. I truly feel Blessed to have gotten the opportunity to work with COL Bowser. She has taught me on every level including executive administration personal and professional.
