I have been cared for by your amazing medical team since my admission to ER until this day. I am grateful for every individual who is contributing to my recovery; including my doctor who monitors my condition and is going above and beyond to find ways for me to be healed, which for me means, obtaining full time employment, getting housing, and pursuing things and goals which were put on hold.

I'd like for you to recognize one special nurse whose name is Dorly. This woman is an example of peace, kindness, a sense of urgency, humility, caring, and trust. She is passionate about her profession, never complains, and loves what she does. She is a great team member, an excellent RN, a leader, and a mentor.
