My heart was overwhelmed with the amount of compassion and kindness Courtney not only showed me but my family too. At moments when we are feeling vulnerable and scared, she comforted us and at times it felt like family and friends just have a good conversation versus a patient in the hospital and that really meant a lot. She always was attentive to my needs not only as a patient but as a person as well and I think that matters in health care. She spoke kindly every time. She treated us like family, and I cannot show my appreciation enough. When I voiced my concerns, she always listened and took the necessary steps to help me immediately. When she saw something inappropriate, she took care of it with no hesitation. The care and joy and genuine concern she has not only for her job, but her patients shine bright, she sets those standards high and you can clearly see it! She is exactly the type of nurse we needed when I first arrived, and I am so grateful she was who I got. She has been a blessing to me and my family. Her great personality, good spirits, uplifting words, lots of kindness care for her patients, and compassion will NEVER be forgotten by me or my family! She is a ROCK STAR!! She went above and beyond her job duties. I am glad she was a part of my care team and if I could, I would request her every day!!
