Nici has made a tremendous impact on the hospital's staff and its patients throughout her time at HCA FL FWB. She exemplifies leadership in her task every day. I have known her to be patient and kind when dealing with people; be that staff or patients. When working to resolve an issue or crisis, she takes her time to focus on the person as an individual; not simply focusing on the issue. She is aware of the impact that a personal touch makes, and how important of an influence this can have on people. I have known many people who have experienced this kindness from her. Whether it was a patient's family member having the worst day of their life, or simply a nurse who was having a difficult day, this kindness shines through. As caregivers, our underlying purpose is to improve the lives and experiences of others. Her generosity in this regard has unquestionably accomplished this for many people. This is why I am nominating her.
