Kaitlin is an all-around excellent nurse. My brother was a stroke victim, and he was debilitated and completely lost his memory. She had only my name, as my brother could not remember my phone number. She searched for me on Google and found me on Facebook and sent me a message via Facebook messenger so that I would know my brother had been hospitalized. Thanks to her, I was able to drive over from Sacramento and see him in a matter of hours. I was there in the ICU with him for the days he was there. It turns out that he still needs a lot of care, and I don’t know what would have happened to him if Kaitlin hadn’t found me. She was always so responsive to all our needs and kept us both very comfortable. She is so kind. My brother had a 5-day growth of a beard and wanted to be shaved. She found all the supplies and got a male nurse to shave him so he could be more comfortable. I told the nurse who was shaving him that she was such an excellent nurse. I could tell by the way he responded, saying yes, she is such an excellent nurse that everyone in the ICU also knows what a great job she does. I appreciate she took the extra time for little things like that. My brother responded well to her, and let me tell you, he is a Grump. She has such a warm, confident way of providing care and interacting with us.
