I had to bring my 14-yr-old granddaughter to the ER for a very traumatic sensitive issue. When we arrived, we were nervous and emotional not knowing what was going to happen. Taylor quickly responded and gathered the information without judgment, even being patient when the tears came.

Taylor's level of compassion was way above the standards. He listened and spoke with empathy, never talking over my granddaughter, but including her, which helped to keep her calm and supported. Taylor put us in a private room and made sure we had everything we needed. During the long wait, he checked on us often and assured us he was trying to get us help. Even though the resources are limited here in Ridgecrest, I believe he pulled every string he could to get us the help and resources we needed.

I'm very protective of my family and Taylor treated us like we were his. Being an employee of RRH, I've seen how nurses treat and help patients but this day Taylor left a mark on me and my family. We will not forget. Thank you!
