Natalie was my day nurse. She would come in and tell me like it was! "I am alone today. You will have to have patience." She would say we can't do this because ... You can't do that because ... You will have to have patience because... She had so much patience! I didn't have to worry because she was taking care of it. I wish more were like her! I came in on Monday and left Saturday!

it was a pleasant stay because it started out good with Natalie. Natalie, thank you for your patience and the love you gave me during my stay. I do believe my improvement was due to your kindness. You are an amazing woman and this hospital is blessed to have you! During the day this floor seemed to flow nice, people's attitudes were different. You were that shining star! I will forever be thankful for your kindness!
