Upon her assessment of the patient, Ann quickly realized that something was wrong. Despite the patient’s lethargy and inability to follow commands, Ann persisted in her advocacy for her patient. She recognized the urgency of the situation and immediately began calling the doctor to get an order for a head CT scan.

Despite encountering obstacles, Ann never gave up in her efforts to get the orders needed for her patient. She called the doctor four times, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to her patient’s well-being. Her persistence paid off, as she secured the necessary orders for the patient to receive the care they needed.

Ann’s dedication to her patients exemplifies the highest standards of nursing care. She demonstrated a commitment to excellence, even in the face of adversity. Her exceptional assessment skills, compassion, and leadership skills ensured that her patient received the best possible care.
