From all of us in our family, we want to say thank you for the care our beloved Meemaw received during her last few days. The attention and care provided to her and to us was wonderful by all hospital staff, especially her nurses. One nurse we were fortunate to have several days in a row was Aly and her love and care shined through each time we had her as Meemaw’s nurse. She was so kind, patient, and attentive to all our needs and we really appreciate all she did for us during this difficult time. All our needs were attended to, for both our Meemaw, and ourselves. Aly attuned herself to Meemaw’s comfort levels, communicated so well, and made sure all of us who were with her round the clock, were taking care of ourselves too. Nurses and staff like this make this process much easier and we are so thankful. Thank you, Aly, for so gently caring for and advocating for the best for our Meemaw. We will remember you forever.
