Getting a new nurse or doctor is always scary for me, but Rebecca came in and very calmly, very soothingly, went over our plan for the evening- asked if I needed anything. Right away, she made me feel comfortable. She listened about my odd medical history and even knew a few of the rare disorders I have. Any nervousness I was feeling about tonight is gone. I’m hopeful I’ll get some sleep tonight.

I’m looking forward to other conversations Rebecca and I will have tonight. I was telling her about a really bad experience I had, and she was so understanding to listen as to why I am so nervous about being in the hospital. She makes me so at ease. She is so caring and kind- checking on me every hour, asking if she can get me anything. I’m so glad she will be here again tonight. I know Rebecca is very busy, but she never shows it. She doesn’t rush. She never complains. Thank you. She also is so quiet when checking on me. Her kindness and caring show. Thank You!
