Cassie Horne is a true DAISY- she symbolizes joy, cheerfulness, and positivity. Cassie was recognized by not only her teammates but by two patients whose life she touched. She is described by her team as a wonderful nurse, one who always has a smile on her face, kind, compassionate, and a patient advocate. She is thought of as a team player who does whatever it takes to provide her patients with exceptional care. She goes the “extra mile” to find resources for patients and families in need. She is enthusiastic and proud to serve her home community.
