Her knowledge, understanding, and overall care has helped contribute to one day. The Surgeon was blown away by how fast turnover was, and I was as well. She helped make it stress-free and contributed to the overall mood of the day. She never misses a beat. She troubleshoots while teaching another nurse while being fairly new herself. The way she thinks stuff through independently makes her well seasoned without the experience already. She is leaps and bounds for a newer nurse. She is always making sure things are in order and thinking ahead, which makes me extra confident in her abilities. I can go on and on all day. She needs to be recognized.
