My mom was admitted, ill and disoriented by medications in this pandemic era. My mother found comfort with the help of a nurse, particularly Yolanda. She made her feel comfortable, especially when we could not be there due to limited COVID visiting hours. This was the first time my mom was in the hospital happy, felt exceptionally well cared for, and was made feel comfortable and not scared. Yolanda did far more than expected.
