I was fresh from bariatric surgery, and Amanda was so attentive. She was quick to answer call lights and help with any small need, even with a floor full of post-surgical patients. I never saw her sit down because she was ensuring all of our needs were met.

I was nauseated after surgery, and she brought in a bag with a damp cloth infused with peppermint, working with available resources that were non-medicated for calming and therapeutic effects. Her voice and demeanor were always so understanding and calming. She made my progression through healing much easier and faster. I am a nurse, and I strive to have the lasting impact on others that she did on me during my time in the hospital.
